the stamp game.

I feel i have to make a post on this.

Florence these days are so obsessed by this thing called " the stamp game" offered from her classroom.

Last saturday morning, she asked to go to school. We told her, "sorry honey, but saturdays schools are closed". and surely we are so curious why she is so fascinated to go to school even on weekends. so we asked her. She told us she didn't have a go for the "stamp game". it is always some kids playing it she wants to have a turn too. She suggests: I want be the first one arriving in the classroom on monday. so i can play the stamp game. Looking at her shinning eyes, we are simply stunned by her willingness and eagerness of engaging in this magical, wonderful and mysterious stamp game.

We, for the very first time among those earliest arriving at school today. I had a chat with her class director. She gives interesting explanation: to start playing with this game, florence need a lot of preparation work (That is writing numbers). So she assigned florence quite a lot of writing work before she can start this stamp game. florence is very productive and actively returning her work to the teacher to check her writing. All of a sudden it makes sense to me now what florence said to me a few days ago " I have a lot of work to do in the school, I have no time to play" loll

Teacher told me somehow florence will have a hand on the game today. ;-) yes, florence had a go, though it is introductory level. I am surprised to see how much interest she has with maths.

Sofia 11 months

Sofia is capable of:
-Standing up for a while all by herself.
-crawling super fast and also she can move steps with bit support.
-shows great interests communicating with others. She is always pointing at the things that she wants, so grandma can get direction and help her.
-understand a few words/sentenses and responds. Eg mommy asks Sofia in chinese where is the bird?  Sofia is pointing garden side of the window straight away meaning birds are in the garden.
- fine motor skills and love playing toys.

Dietary wise: Sofia loves adult food, dislike formula milk. She loves particular at this stage salmons, prawns, cauliflowers, broccolis, green beans.

Still awake quite a few times during the night asking for breast milk.

Sof has a very pleasant personality being generous(sharing everything she loves to others), happy (giggle,laugh a lot), smart and sweet little angel. <3

Florence was super happy, excited and content  that she gets to see the "real wiggles" on stage performing her fav songs. She says before the show:I can't wait, mommy. "During the show she dances all the way along. After the show she commented: "I really like it mommy.thank you mommy."

What a wonderful experience.
